Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the NYC Property Appliance Repair website and services.

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website and the service requests you submit through it. NP Appliance Repair LLC, trading as NYC Property Appliance Repair, provides appliance repair services to property managers, building supervisors and building owners in New York City.

Service requests are requests

Submitting a form on this site, or calling us, opens a service request. It does not by itself create a binding service contract or guarantee a specific appointment time. A work order is confirmed when we confirm an access window with you.

Diagnosis and pricing

We identify the fault before quoting the repair, and we confirm the price with you before work begins. Where the economics favour replacing a unit rather than repairing it, we will tell you so, the decision is yours.

Access

Repairs in occupied buildings depend on access. You are responsible for arranging that we can reach the equipment at the confirmed window, whether through your superintendent, doorman or on-site staff. A visit that cannot proceed because access was unavailable may be billable.

Scope of work

Our work is the repair of appliances and building equipment of the kinds described on this site. We are not general contractors, and we do not perform water-damage restoration, construction, or work requiring trades outside appliance and equipment repair. Where a fault falls outside our scope we will identify it and say so.

No guarantee of outcome

We repair to manufacturer specification using the parts available for the equipment in question. We cannot guarantee that any particular appliance can be economically repaired, or that parts remain available for equipment the manufacturer no longer supports.

Website content

The content on this site is provided for information. It describes the kinds of faults we see and how we work; it is not a diagnosis of your equipment and should not be relied on as one.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes

If these terms change, the effective date above changes with them.
