Service Details

Yes, we repair gas and electric ovens, stoves, ranges, and cooktops in NYC apartments and building staff kitchens. Access is scheduled with your super, common igniters, elements, and thermostats ride on the truck, and every gas repair ends with a check of the connection and shutoff before we leave.

The faults repeat across buildings: an igniter that glows but never lights, a burner valve stiff with grease, an oven that drifts thirty degrees off its setpoint, a cracked bake element, or a safety valve that has stopped holding. We diagnose the specific failure before quoting so the repair matches the fault.

A range that does not work blocks a lease signing, so turnover calls get priority scheduling. Gas work is repaired to manufacturer spec and documented with the fault and the parts used, giving you a record for the owner and for your own compliance file.

Questions Property Managers Ask First

4

Do you work on both gas and electric ranges?

Yes, both. On gas equipment we also check the connection and shutoff as part of the repair, because a range that heats but leaks is not a finished job.

A tenant says the oven runs hot. Is that worth a service call?

Yes. A drifting oven is usually a failing thermostat or control board, which is an inexpensive repair, and it is a common source of repeat complaints if it is left alone.

Can you get a unit ready before a lease starts?

Tell us the lease date when you open the work order and we will schedule against it. Turnover work is the part of the calendar we protect.

Do you repair the ranges in our staff and common kitchens?

Yes. Building staff kitchens, community rooms, and superintendent apartments are all covered by the same service.

Tell us what stopped working and we'll send a technician. A dispatcher will call you back to confirm an access window.
